KNITTED AND CROCHET: An unusual combined technique to make this set. The tea cosy is made in two halves with openings for the spout and handle in a simple rib stich. Then the raised rib design is done by crocheting up through each row of the ribbed knitting. The egg cosy is made in the same way and both cosies are trimmed with a pretty tufty tassel group of chain stitches.
