KNITTING: This pattern has a lot of variety!
The blue pull on hat has a soft garter stitch (plain) brim; green beanie in a wide rib stitch has a matching neckline insert (it looks like a polo neck jumper but is just a “cowl” piece tucked in).
That is a little odd for today when cowls are more common- but it is a neat, cosy layer without added bulk-and much cheaper on wool than a whole sweater LOL!
CROCHET: The white hat is a “baker boy” version and the pretty beret in an easy lacy stitch has a matching scarf with the pattern worked along the length.
