CROCHET: This “mother and daughter” crochet dress is such a classic 1960s everyday dress style. (For mother/daughter read adult/ child of course!) Most of the dress is a plain skim fit with a slightly “A” line shape-with a contrasting yoke (upper bodice). In this case the contrast is just with texture-making this an easy style to crochet.
Unfortunately-as in many vintage patterns –the image chosen means the child’s dress cannot be clearly seen but it is as the adult style. This would also be nice made as a top or, for a little girl, as a tunic to wear over leggings.
