KNITTING : A very nice vintage Santa to knit. His coat and trousers are removable - leaving him in what seems to be white knitted combinations / underwear and his boots! I guess that solves a lot of problems if somebody decides to undress Santa... or he gets too hot LOL.
Knitted as given he is 10 inches (about 25cm) tall. He is made in double strand 4ply for his body and single strand 4ply for clothing - this may need adjusting if you dislike knitting with two strands - see my pattern notes, or email me.
