CROCHET: This crochet pattern is for fab, early seventies, Barbara Warner pattern.
A classic seventies blouse shape – with a shirt collar or 70’s style tie scarf. Wear it with or without a belt... and with or without scandalous crochet lace “Gaucho” trouser/- pants if you just want the blouse part!
The trouser part is crocheted downwards from the waistband so optional-or easily alterable on the length as shorts, hot pants ... or any length you like (even as a skirt with some thought). Personally the mid calf one is not one I would choose ... but long or short would be great (on the right figure!).
Sometimes these older patterns are a little eccentric. They always have bits artistically cropped off -irritatingly from a crocheter’s point of view. On this one there seems to be spatial awareness issues with props too, as the ladies do not seem to fit into the retro space age cubical seat or booth (took me a while to work out what it was).
The lady in white looks exhausted by it all-she isn’t even dressed properly as she appears to have forgotten her undies as well!
