SEWING: A rather funky retro owl and cat to sew in felt this nice vintage design makes a small (7-10 inch) owl or cat character as a toy of decorative ornament-or could be enlarged as a pillow/cushion. ( I hate to mention it-but both would make quirky pincushions –especially if reduced in size.
However, the originals are sewn in felt and embroidered and appliqued; however fabric could be used if seams are allowed for; and the templates can easily be altered in size and made with different or no embroidery.
NOTE: I have reworked the original template of just “half the body” so it is complete toprint and use, to the correct size, on a full A4 page (which is UK standard printer size).Select “print 100%” not fit to page – and it is exactly the same size as the original.
There are so many ways to make this easy little creation-have fun !
