CROCHET: Another pattern for mother and daughter; a concept not for every family...but with a great size range-ideal for bridesmaids. (Otherwise the “mother and daughter” concept may seem a much better idea with “or” instead of “and” in there!)
In full blown 60s mod style it has it has a cute flippy sixties “A line” shape with the [then] fashionable military influence showing in the double breasted buttoned bib front. Big crocheted buttoned and a low slung hip belt completes the effect.
It’s cute in these sugar almond colours but it would look great for winter in darker ones. How about a flannel or charcoal grey with lime or scarlet? Or pop art black and white – maybe with some neon?

Good as a tunic over trousers/pants or leggings too.
