CROCHET: A very sweet modern looking bralette style bikini set-but from the seventies.
This is one from the set of Sirdar patterns aimed at new young crocheters as crochet became popular in the early 70s. Inside it says “ surfer trend setter “ in funky orange font, and I am guessing you would be pretty secure for any surfing like activities in this solid bandeau style bikini. The beach cover up jacket or “vest” has 3 buttons to fasten and would work equally well over jeans etc. after the beach.
