CROCHET: this is vintage pattern for crocheted toy dogs, which is really unusual. All three dogs are made in loop stitch for a curly coat effect-although the Scottie and poodle puppy do look more like mopheads!
However the poodle is very elegant with her long nose, pompom tail and ribbon. Scotties and poodles were very popular toys and ornaments (the owls and unicorns of the time) so make nice retro statement pieces if you don’t want to admit to having cuddly toys around!
