KNITTING: A charming retro pattern for a sweet, plain little cardigan, jazzed up with lovely retro motifs. The two variations of “V” neck and round neck and 3 different motifs in Fair Isle technique, give plenty of room for customizing with a lovely vintage vibe. These are simple basic shapes to knit, and you could also just embroider a motif or two in duplicate stitch (aka. Swiss embroidery) as an accent, if you prefer. There is a cat design, and 2 very retro choices, a guardsman soldier or Dutch boy and girl motif, all of which have a picture chart in black and white ( and I have also added charts I have coloured for ease of use).
You could use these motifs for anything else too - even as cross stitch.
